Proud to be one of the only bean to bar chocolate manufacturers in Montana.  Grizzly Chocolate produces all chocolate from scratch in Helena, Montana. ​

Transparent Ingredient Sourcing

Grizzly Chocolate sources its cacao beans from reputable suppliers.  Each bar of chocolate identifies the country where the cacao was grown and often also includes the specific cacao farm that grew the cacao beans used in the chocolate bar.  Cacao origins include Kokoa Kamili (Tanzania), Hawaiian Crown (Hawaii), and Jeanmarie Chocolat in Puerto Rico.  

Grizzly Chocolate sources its sugar and cocoa butter from high-quality sources.  Sugar sources include: Native Green Cane of Brazil, Just Panela of Colombia, and Tree of Life Maple Farm in Maine, USA.
